design

What’s the problem?

  • Users can't easily find info about how to use a certain Creative Cloud product or feature.
  • There's no way to have Adobe products perform tasks automatically for you.
  • There's no personalized user experience when interacting with Creative Cloud products, based on what you’ve done in the past.

Who’s the customer?

  • Users of Creative Cloud products like Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, Stock, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.
  • Users of Creative Cloud desktop app
  • Creative Cloud customer segments: Individual, Teams and Enterprise

Is the problem worth solving?

  • Providing a better user experience has always been a top priority for Adobe
  • Enable users to save effort and time, create content easier
  • Adobe is already investing a lot in AI and ML, building up on Sensei is a strategic direction for the future
  • Adobe Research designed a prototype that uses voice commands to interact with Photoshop (introduced by Gavin Miller 10/2017, presented by David Nuescheler at Adobe MAX confrence in 2017)
